About Me

Hi there! Welcome to my little corner of cyberspace! I’m so excited you found me and decided to stick around long enough to read my lil bio.

So, since you’re still here, that means you are interested in getting to know me! That’s so sweet of you. So who am I? Ha. Well, that’s no simple question to answer, but here goes.

For starters, I’m a 32 year old mama to a kick a*s 10-year-old rockstar living in Los Angeles. Oh, and I’m a total stoner. Haha. Yeah, you read that right. I. Am. A. Stoner.

Because every weed page needs a trippy gif.

While I love the “stoner” tag added to my personal description, I am new to the game, guys. In fact, since I started smoking in February 2017 (yeah, total newbie), I feel like I’m new to the game of LIFE in general!

Now, I know that may seem a bit unrealistic being that I’m 32, a mother, and a former bank Operations Manager. Clearly, I’ve been living a life, but it wasn’t until I met my new dear friend, Mary Jane, that I started truly living.

In fact, I started this blog because I realized that I went from merely existing to being an active, driving force in my life. I think I was sorta sleepwalking before and now every experience is like a coming out party! And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a good party?

So, join me as I toke up and celebrate life by learning, growing, and appreciating it in all of its many forms. I won’t pretend I’m an expert about weed or life for that matter, but I can tell you I’m enjoying getting to know who I really am and I’ve decided to document the journey and share it with you. Without further ado, welcome to The Pursuit of Higher Self – A Cannabis Lifestyle Blog.

Cheers,

Ronnetta, aka Hardy Har

  1. First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior
to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing
my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure
out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Cheers!

    1. Thank you for reading! To be honest, it’s not easy for me to clear my mind, either. It can be even harder after I’ve smoked a strong sativa strain, but I have found free-writing helps me. Sometimes I just sit down and write a whole block of text. No editing, misspellings, and bad grammar galore. After I’ve gotten all my thoughts out, it’s easier for me to write specific things. Let me know what you do to focus your brain!

  2. I do not even know how I ended up here, but I
thought this post was great. I do not know who you are but definitely you’re going to a famous blogger if you are not already 😉 Cheers!
